Bankrate: Mortgage Rates Post Biggest Increase in 14 Years

NEW YORK, Jan. 31 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — After the sharpest four-week decline in more than 18 years, mortgage rates bounced back, with the average conforming 30-year fixed mortgage rate now 5.88 percent.
